The hotel is nearby metro, shopping mall and the famous local stress vendors where serve several Japanese local food.
So you are able to stroll the most popular district in FUK.
The breakfast I also recommend you to have in there. They provide you a tasty Japanese style style.
The one reason you must choose is staying there with an affordable prices.
Have a good trip

Our first hotel in Japan. Very small indeed (but this is common in Japan). We're both tall; therefore, when making the reservation, we requested the biggest room they could give us for the room we payed. We only stayed for a night, so it wasn't a big deal. It was very clean, which was more important.

Good service. Breakfast was really good and varied. Great location and excellent price.

My family of four stayed here in two rooms. They put us right next to other as requested. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were small but not unexpectedly so. You were in the middle of everything...shopping, restaurants, etc.

Fukuoka Floral Inn Nishinakatsu falls under the Japanese hotel category of 'Business Hotel'. This means the rooms are geared towards single occupants and/or no-frills travellers. Rooms feel small and there's barely any space to walk around after placing your traveller's luggage. On the other hand they also feel comfy and cozy.

Within the bathroom, your standard amenities like bath&face towels, soap&shampoo, toothbrush, shavers, etc are well stocked. Toilet is fitted with electric washlet so first-timers (ideally) should have to familiarise themselves with the device.

The great part of the hotel, though, comes from:

1) staff politeness and willingness to help. They didn't know I could speak Japanese in the beginning and tried their best to give directions in English.
2) hotel location. Within a stone's throw from Tenjin area. Street vendors are plentiful near the canal and river. Also, Canal City Hakata is about 800m away. Walkable.

A double for under a $100.00 a night can not be beat. We choose Fukuoka for a winter holiday as it was one of the places our airline flew to. We have been in Japan numerous times, but this was the first time in Kyushu. We choose the Floral Inn because of its location - between the major transportation hubs and a great location to base shopping from. The hotel is a business hotel - so set your sights on that level. The Floral was great for th 4 nights we stayed there
