The housekeeping is not very consistent with their work. Tea packets do not get re-filled, same goes for hand soap, and tissue papers. They will also sometimes miss cleaning some parts of the room. I mean why was a weird wad of paper crumbled up tucked in the upper right corner of our bed? What is that?! Also, the pillows are filthy and smelly. It's as if it never had been cleaned in a decade.

The receptionists are just as horrible as ever. They really do not smile much. This is the first hotel I have ever visited that they don't smile at all. Did something happened that causes them to not smile ever? Or is the pay so low, they cannot be bothered?!

Third, why is there stains on the the toilet seat? It looks very much like urine stain!

Forth, we asked the receptionists to help us book a cab the day before checking out. We told them the exact time we will be checking out and in the end, when we went down to check out, the receptionist (a new guy) did not even know of our request for a cab. Good job forgetting and causing us have to rush for our next train!

This hotel has a good access from Nagoya station. There are also 2 metro stations nearby. It was a good walk but actually walking distance from Nagoya Castle, too. The room size, all the facilities cleanliness have a good standard of any usual business hotels I could imagine in Japan. But the plus side of this hotel is their spacious lounge/reception area comes with a free hot drink machine. There’re a lot of various sightseeing info and magazines to read so it was nice to do some plannings towards my Nagoya visit even after I checked out the room. The price for one night stay was quite reasonable. There’s also my super favorite yakitori restaurant called Kinboshi within 10min. walk from the hotel!

名古屋1泊で利用しました。部屋のサイズも設備も、よくある普通のビジネスホテルですが、名古屋駅からは近く、地下鉄アクセスは2つの駅に徒歩で直ぐでした。ロビーに無料ホットドリンクサービスがありラウンジエリアもかなり広々としているので、チェックイン前やチェックアウト後も少しゆっくり出来ます。様々な観光案内書やマガジンが閲覧用にラウンジに置いてあるのも嬉しかったです。予約のタイミングにもよるのでしょうが、早めに予約したため料金はかなりリーズナブルでした。

We stayed here 4 for days. The hotel is decent, clean, and with free toiletries at the lobby, also free coffee and tea anytime you want to as it is also located in the lobby along with the toiletries. The hotel is around 10 to 15 minutes walk from fushimi station, depending on how fast or how slow you walk. And around 20 to 25 minutes walk to Hotel kanko. This is where you need to alight from chubu airport via centrair limousine bus. (1,200 yen per head). 7-11, Family mart and Yoshinoya are also along the vicinity. The buffet is adequate and can bear with it. The negative side in this hotel is that most of the staff in front desk cant understand and cant even talk in english, so its hard to communicate with them. Those who can speak and understand english are scheduled from 10am to 5pm , Times wherein most tourists are out in tour. Those assigned early morning and evening doesnt speak english at all, so it is really, really very hard to communicate with them. They're willing to help you in your queries but they can not understand you so how can they help?
Given the chance, i will think twice booking to this hotel again due to language barrier.
