I really liked this hotel. The rooms are lovely and the views are just spectacular, looking out on the bay, seeing the Rainbow Bridge and all the surrounding bay. Good and professional service. Can recommend this hotel and will come again.

Stayed at this hotel when I visited friends in the Yokohama area. I believe this hotel went through a major renovation in recent years. Nice and comfortable room. The hotel location is convenient for sightseeing and easy access to all the public train/subway systems.

Its the first time i have been to Japan for a few years, but where i needed to be this was a good location with plenty to do. The hotel staff were very friendly and hotel was very welcoming, in a an excellent stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in May, 2019. The concierge team is outstanding, and provided extremely helpful directions pre-arrival. Their email responses to me were prompt, and written in perfect English. Impressive. (This hotel is very easy to reach from Haneda Airport, via the Keikyu Line, which you can pick up right at the airport.) The Executive Lounge is very good, and the team members helpful and attentive. There were always two personnel at the front desk of the Executive Lounge, and they handled everything from check-in / out, to providing directions, to providing concierge-level services. Perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom large with nice extras such as a heated, automated toilet. Also, the amenities in the bathroom were amazing; a huge assortment. The all-buffet-style main restaurant was superb. It is very popular with the local citizens for good reason. The pool is good for laps, but does get popular during peak hours, so plan accordingly. All in all, this is an excellent hotel in a very convenient location near Yokohama Station, which is an amazing, bustling place in its own right. I'll be staying at this hotel again in December, which demonstrates that it's ranks high on my list.

I always stay here and is an amazing hotel. My only wish, please get some English channels on the TV!! Overdubbed BBC and CNN are terrible!! Just some evenings after work unlike to catch up on home news... but really great hotel....
