We arrived at hotel just after 2pm. Travelling from Hiroshima.
To find out check in was not until 4pm. Another couple arrived the same time as ourselves. They were allowed their room, but, we weren't.
There is not anybody there, only a phone for help, you are supposed to receive a email giving you a code to enter, into a computerised system. That gives you your room number, and another code to enter the room. We never got the email. It was chaos. We had to drag our cases around until 4pm. But, still our code didn't arrive, in the end they had to give it to us via the phone. So frustrating! We saw other people having problems understanding this system, especially with the language barriers. Plus you have to pay hotel tax into a machine also.
Once we got to the room, it is very nice, with a washing machine, microwave etc. Only in the evening did we see staff, who I have to say, were very pleasant, showed me how to use the washing machine (as instructions were in Japanese).
The shower/tub, had no curtain, so awkward, water everywhere, had a tv in it, though! Also, the water wasn't hot enough.
No room service either. Small TV in main room, no English Channel.
Would not book this type of hotel again. More
