“Classic food and a deep wine list of the region.”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

We have eaten at Brezza many times, whether staying at the hotel or not, and have always left delighted. Their simple tagilatelli are the best, especially al burro, and with white truffle slices they are divine! Don't miss the carpaccio in oil and lemon juice, either. And we have scored some really good really old Barolos here, including one magnum of Fontanafreddo from the 90s whose price had remained the same. It's nice to always see the same servers taking care to give us a good experience, too.

“Regular one ... an option ...”
Reviewed March 7, 2013

I have been three time on this restaurant.
First time I was staying at the Barolo Hotel and the restaurant is at the same place. It was really nice on that time because you could drink and eat without any worry ...
I had lunch and asked for first and second dish with a bottle of wine... was really nice...
At night I tried the "degustation" menu ... that is overpriced and comparing with other restaurants is only ok.
Third time I was with my wife and we asked for regular dishes ... was ok again ... nothing bad but is not something that you'll remember forever.
What I recommend is Brezza wine ... that has a fair price and very good quality. I bought more than 15 bottles to bring to Brazil.
If you're staying in Barolo Hotel you must but if you're just passing through, there are better options..
Price is average for the region ... (~ 50 euro per person) ...

“Wonderful family run cantina”
Reviewed February 26, 2013

We first arrived here in 1995 and have been revisiting ever since. The place has grown but not lost any of its attention to food and drink with a casual ambience which leaves you relaxed and able to enjoy the wonders of the good life.

“Great!”

Exiting restaurant and great wine assortiment! I like tasting old Barolo from Borgogno - Riserva 1962 and original piemont food. Very delicious!

“On a downward spiral”
Reviewed November 17, 2012

This once highly rated restaurant has become very undistinguished. Although the atmosphere still radiates some authenticity, service and especially the food are not satisfactory. The preparation of the dishes we ordered ranged from routine to careless, the quality of the food average to below average. Prices were unacceptably high. It is easy to get a far better meal in nearby places for about half of what Brezza charges.
