We have eaten here before but not for some time and chose it for our lunch date as our companions were new to the district and it was unknown to them. Universally successful it was lauded by all, with top marks for service, ambiance and most of all the delicious and beautifully presented meals. My own choice was the grilled haloumi with lemon, oregano and olive oil followed by a superb Cloudy bay clam and leek risotto topped with a beautifully grilled giant prawn that was more like a succulent yabbie. My partner's fish of the day (Barramundi) was presented with bean shoots, peanuts, crispy shallots, herb salad and fried tofu. He declared it perfect!
This cafe is a 10 min coastal drive from Noosa Heads and is highly recommended. It has a great ambiance as seating is open in the village square (protected in bad weather) with leafy and pleasant surrounds. The service is first class to match.
