“Interesting experience”

We went to experience the traditional PEI and Nova Scotia lobster dinners I read about. I can't vouch for authenticity but it was a great experience. Lobster was just ok but the mussels (all you can eat) were oustanding,

“Must go to a place like this at least once”

Great experience right out of a time warp. Is this 1950? Are we eating at a community dinner hall? Are those lobsters fresh? Yes - the Shore Club is all of that. Its fun, its retro and it still feels very authentic. As you walk from the parking lot you see the pot boiling and the lobsters waiting for their turn. Inside, its wood floors, a big fireplace and a larege hall where they still hold dance on Saturday night. The food is simple, but good; the lobster is fresh and the service is real maritime nice. We arrived in time for their early dinner and at sub 20 bucks a person including desert, the value cant be beat. Well worth the drive!

“Its worth the Drive to Hubbards!”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

This was my third time to the Shore Club Lobster Supper. The staff are amazing & so was our waitress Monica, who also served us there 2 years ago. Shes super! Of course we all had the Lobster & unlimited Mussels with many other slections for people who didnt like Lobster ( Salmon, Steak) Unlimited Salads too. With the best deserts included, Coffee & Tea. You can choose from a 1lb lobster up to 2lbs. You can even plan a nite when they have a band for dancing & entertainment. We stayed at the Hubbards campground which is right next door. The atmosphere is certainly in down east style & the staff all make you feel like you are at home too. Thanks Shore Club for another great visit

“Any fresher and you'd be wet!”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

This is the home of the original Nova Scotia lobster supper and it is still fantastic. The nautical décor and long wooden tables add to the great vibe. You're here for the lobster, so you only need to decide what size you want. They all come with a wonderful salad bar, bread, dessert and coffee or tea. You also get unlimited steamed mussels that were pulled from the sea that morning - so fresh! The staff is also incredibly friendly and efficient. They will even tie the requisite lobster bib on you! This is a quintessential Nova Scotia experience!
