“Fantastic hotel”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

We stayed here one night and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern and very relaxing. The staff were very helpful as on the way to the hotel we managed to get lost but winter gardens came to the rescue! We phoned them and asked for help and they gave very accurate directions from our location. Their English is perfect so you won't have an issue talking to them.

We had a junior suite for the night and it was very, very nice! It was nice and cold from the air conditioning and the bed was very comfy and we had a good nights sleep. The television had English channels on it so we managed to watch some good tele. There was free wifi which was perfect for us as we are very technology orientated. Theres a control panel at each side of the bed which allows you to control all the lights in the room as well as allowing you to unlock the door from your bed too!! The bathroom was spotless and the power shower went down a treat with the jets massaging your back as you shower.

The internal garden was lovely and very well maintained and decorated. There was lovely couches and it was very peaceful and relaxing with a lovely water feature in the centre of the garden- topping it off. Breakfast on the rooftop was very tasty and satisfied all our needs. The waitress was very kind and helpful and the food was wonderful! There was a wide selection of cereals, croissants, hot food and fruit juice.

Overall the stay for one night was very nice and if we had the chance we would have probably used the spa and the gym which are also available. It was wonderful and if we return to Bergamo we would definitely stay in this hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 240 which is a junior suite and is near the lifts but at the end of the corridor s...

I have just returned from a two night stay in this hotel and it was fantastic. It is a very new modern hotel and all very impressive. The hotel sent the shuttle car to pick us up from the airport and we also used the shuttle three times during our stay. One day we got the shuttle to the airport and got a bus in to Milan for 9 euros return which took just over an hour. Yes the times are limited to go in to town but you book the previous day and you can build your day around it and its complimentary so no reason to moan really. We ate in the hotel restaraunt on the first night and had a main course each and three drinks each and in hotel for us both the bill was 42 euros so very reasonable. If you want more of a budget meal you can get pizzas etc from the bar. A whole pizza was only about 7 euros. All staff that we spoke to were very helpful and always happy to advise.
There was a lot of variety for breakfast which is served on the third floor with stunning views of the Alps
Our room did not have a bath but had two showers, one normal and one with jet sprays etc which was very nice. There was a touch pad at the side of either bed to control lights and the door. My mother had an orange juice from the minibar which cost 4 euros but you expect that from minibars wherever you go.
If I ever found myself in the area again I would definitely return to this hotel

The property is conveniently located near the Bergamo airport. It was a great resting place for our late night arrival. The property looks brand new and the courtyard is beautiful.
The restaurant was shorthanded, but the servers were very friendly.
Breakfast in the morning was great as well.

Really nice, modern hotel not too far from the airport but the shuttlebus is a disaster. Booked it for early in the morning but predictably they had no record of our booking the following morning.
The pool is another diaster area, not open for under 18'S ! try telling a 4 year old that !
Nice hotel though but won't be going back.

Room Tip: Not exactly child friendly

This was our fourth visit. Great service, incredibly clean and very comfortable room. Extensive breakfast buffet on the roof terrace with a huge choice of breakfasts and amazing views of Bergamo city. Free wifi works well in bedrooms. The ground floor family run restaurant within the hotel, Lo Scotti, with its open air courtyard, is a delightful place to eat with some extremely good regional food and great wine list. Airport shuttle, 5 minutes drive, reserve a seat. Highly recommend.

Room Tip: All the rooms are of a very high standard. Third floor facing Bergamo city would be perfect.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 night from 1/6/13- 4/6/13, the hotel was very nice and everyone spoke good english. The room was very good and the whole hotel was very clean and modern. The restaurant food was excellent but small portions. The bar was so so and expensive. We never used the spa so couldnt comment. The reason we picked this hotel was the previous reviews and the deal that could be done. HOWEVER, the hotel is on an industrial estate and theres nothing in walking distance so you either have to get a taxi anywhere or book the hotel shuttle which was a free service but only goes certain places at certain times of the day. The only really place we went with any interest was the old city which was very nice and a must see. We did visit the mall but nothing special and like every other. All in all i would recomend a maximum of 2 nights stay at this hotel as theres not much around, also it is a airport hotel so the majority of people only stay for one or 2 nights. If you are to stay here for longer, PLAN YOUR DAYS! Lol. Would like to say though all the staff are very friendly.....if only it was in a better location.

I went to the hotel on 5/06/2013.The hotel and rooms are awesome! The staff was very friendly with us.The distance from the airport to the hotel is 5 or 6 minutes so it's very close. The breakfast is from 6-9 and it's one of the best part of this hotel. At the bar you can drink a cocktail and to eat different kinds of finger food(you pay 5 euros for the drink and the finger food). On the other hand,if you want to eat there, there is a restaurant but it's expensive. Moreover, you have to pay 15 euros from the airport to the hotel but when the hotel called a taxi,it was free;we didn't pay anything.Overall, the hotel was very satisfactory!
