This is a Hidden Jewel, The innkeepers are great people, they go extra mile to help you and give you indications for good local eateries, places to go, and people to meet. The rooms are clean and neat, very well kept and so... peaceful... Very close to the Italian hidden treasure of Cinque Terra it is a place that every good traveler should enjoy. Thanks Serena and team you made a great vacation for us!!!

Room Tip: any room is excellent... what a joyous experience!

the bed & breakfast Serenella is a great place to go if you want to relax, enjoy the beautiful view into the valley and feel comfortable. It is near the Cinque Terre and we also apreciated to escape all the tourists there and stay at this peaceful place. Serena, the owner, is a nice woman, helpful and very pleased to fulfill your wishes. We had a great time all together, It is no problem to use the kitchen and restaurants are nearby. Me and my 12 year old daughter will definetely come again!

Serenella is the perfect place to combine world culture heritage, the Cinque Terre and relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The locality belongs in the interior among green hills and little streams. Far enough from the high priced touristy zones but reachable by bus and train, or by car in about 20 minutes by way of a fantastic panorama. Nearly all hiking trails leading to the little villages start from Serenella. The first part under trees and the second in the middle of vineyards with the breathtaking view over the whole coast. (Best time for hiking is May/June/September) For more sporty activities there are possibilities for rock climbing near Portovenere, a fresh river and the clear sea.
The rooms are amply and clean, nice hospitality and many little restaurants with delicious, regional gastronomic specialities.

I've been in Serenella two times. First with my family and a year later with friends. The position of apartement is great in remote hills, very tranquill and pitoresque. Rooms are comfort and nicely furnished, kitchens well equipped. But most of all, owners and there living neighbours are very nice and frendly persons. If you plan to stay in Cinque Terre or in Liguria for a few days and don't mind to drive about half an hour to the coast and if you prefer staying in calm nature instead in crowded villages, than this is the best place to be.

My wife and me spent two nights here in the first week of October, and we loved it. The booking we made by e-mail, without any problem, the price was correct. The house is at the end of the village between the trees, and it's in very good condition. Our room and bathroom was big and clean. The house has a nice terrace with some wooden table and bench and a wonderful view of the small village and the whole valley. The host is a lovely lady, she gave us very useful advices about how to get parking place in La Spezia and travelling by train to Cinque Terre. She served our breakfast at the terrace, it was tea or/and coffee, butter, a lot of jam and bread and some kind of very delicious cake. I'm sure that we'll go back there if we can...

Beautiful room with great view and very friendly Italian host.
The accommodation is located In the hills surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Excellent stay for couples and also family.
From the B&B you can easily visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere to make a wonderful journey through the villages.. For us it was one of the most romantic places we’ve seen.
Ricco del golfo has a couple of great restaurants near by the accommodation of Serenella, low prices excellent quality!. Ask the italian host for tips.
