Arrived or be told that car park charges are due up to 5pm then u get a free ticket, also if u use car park in the day and get 1 free ticket, u will have to pay again. No hot food, break fast is £5 for milk, cornflakes, orange drink and a muffin. You have to ask for breakfast items too. No tea or coffee in room we had to request this, admittedly Rebecca on reception was very good and got some straight away. Shower went cold after 1 person went in, shower also very slippery. For the price paid £57 was clean but basic. Centrally located for Marshall's yard and we only need a 1 night stay so, overall ,ok. Yes reception were told of the issues but as this is a very new Travel lodge we hope they take note.

Excellent value for money. I can highly recommend it. Very clean and quiet. It is a new Travel Lodge so they was no wear at all, it had everything I wanted. Could park the car right outside, which was free up to 10.00am

Very Nice hotel and staff are very helpful and welcoming. Issues with parking if you want to check in early or at 3pm then you have to pay for parking til 5 and then you get a permit till 10am the next day which is not really convenient if your checking out at 12

Had hard days work me and my business partner was expecting two single beds but was given one bed when asked whether we could swap rooms for two single the receptionist was very rude to us so we gave up and went to room where I let him get the bed and I was gunna have the floor then I saw the state off the floor so i had no choice but sleep on the desk and also I had to pretty much beg for another blanket!!!
Would advise people to stay away from this hotel for along as they can I would rather stay in the lobby

New hotel, poorly managed. Receptionist very inconsiderate. No one on reception or contactable when teas and milk removed from room. Other guests were also trying to reach reception but ni obe arrived after 15 minutes. Certainly does not have a kingsize bed.
