Tastefully renovated and decorated village
property. In small village of 25 inhabitants. We were expertly looked after by Nickos and Sousana who served up superb feast for dinner. Only problem was we over eat!
Ideal place for forays to coast or the mountain walks of the Troodos mountains
Nothing much in the scenic but deserted village

We stayed at The APOKRYFO Hotel overnight for a wedding reception ,a traditional Cypriot band played traditional Cypriot/ Greek music, lovely little hotel set at the foot of the Olympus mountains ,food & staff excellent, expensive but well worth it ,highlyrecommended for couples a romantic weekend away in a quiet traditional village, try the local cuisine ,an experience not to b missed

Room tip: All rooms are excellent

It is really a small paradise in the middle of nowhere... Lofou village and located between narrow roads and old traditional houses. The decor is amazing with a small pool in the middle. The Cypriot mezzo was delicious Ns the service excellent. Very nice people. To visit absolutely.

This hotel and small complex is outstanding. Set in a fairly large but quite sadly unpopulated village of Lofou, it is the perfect place to chill out.

The hotel and other accommodation are architecturally breathtaking and the surrounding gardens, pool and accompanying dining areas create an area for perfect relaxation.

Because of the wonderful and fairly isolated location in the Troodos Mountains,we would recommend hiring a car as there are many wineries and beautiful villages to be visited.

A special mention must be made to hosts Yannis and Vivienne who are a charming couple and made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Also the food provided by the resident cook is wonderful, varied and plentiful. All of the staff are a credit to the owners.

Visit or stay at this lovely hotel. You won't be disappointed.

The location is lovely, the hotel is stunning and the staff made sure that I was well looked after and could not do enough to make sure my stay was perfect. The food was superb albeit far too much to eat!. I would certainly recommend a stay here - everything about Apokryfo was faultless
