“Fab food .... but ...”
Reviewed January 25, 2014

Had a Groupon voucher to spend in Zorro which, despite being relatively local, we had never been to before. The food is mouth-watering, absolutely fabulous. Really impressed! However, it was dead - three tables of two on a Saturday night. We had a balance to pay on top of the voucher and when we went to pay we were told they didn't accept credit cards. Luckily we had sufficient cash but in this day and age who/where does not accept credit card?! It's a shame this restaurant does not seem to be doing well but I'm not really surprised. Without the voucher it would have been a very expensive meal.

“Another great night in Zorro's”
Reviewed January 14, 2014

I had a birthday party in Zorros in December. It was the best night. The food was delicious and Didi went that extra mile to make the night fantastic. The DJ was great and we were on the floor dancing most of the night. Perfect venue for small group parties or outings. Can not say enough positive things about this place.

“lovely setting, great food”
Reviewed January 11, 2014

Terrific little spot in ratoath. Small but very intimate setting.

Staff very friendly, food is great especially the grab one deals that regularly come up. Just home from latest visit tonight. Had the panfried chicken with French beans and potato as and my fiance had steak and chips.

Chicken was very tender and tasty and the steak was a good sized portion, had a tiny bite of it and it was delicious.

Just finished it off with a lovely cappuccino

Wine went down well, would thoroughly recommend. I'd like to see staff and places like this do well.

I noticed other customers tucking into pasta and a stir fry, both looked amazing.

Will be back (first visited for my brothers 40th a couple of years back and they pulled out all the stops and made it a great night we all still talk about)

“Why is it not busier?”
Reviewed December 29, 2013

Think this was my fourth visit. Keep buying Groupon vouchers. Make no mistake the food is great. The service is also very good. Of all my visits it has been quiet, bar one time when one of the staff was having a party and the place was electric with a buzz of fun and atmosphere. If you like steak then you would be pretty foolish not to visit. This time the steak was so sweet and tender I didn't want it to end. The owner is really nice and welcoming, always telling us she has music and dancing from this place or that place. It is ideal for romantic nights and family nights. Come on Rathoath support your local businesses and keep Zorro going.

“Great Food !”
Reviewed December 15, 2013

Agree with previous comments - this place does really good food. Been here twice, first time on Sunday night which was very quiet. Went again on a Saturday night, very few people again and don't really understand why as everything is good, food, service and price. Lacks a bit of atmosphere due to being so quiet. Otherwise really good.
