Talk about a great find. Just up the road from Chalong pier this restaurant is a little treasure. No fuss restaurant with a bar, pool table and friendly staff. Thai and western cuisine , the hamburgers are great and the pad Thai was a large serving and very tasty. They offer a Sunday roast so we will be sure to try that one. If in chalong a must to pop in for a burger and ice cold beer.

“Great Western Food”
Reviewed March 7, 2014

As a westerner living in Thailand I like to have a change from Thai food every day. Having lived in Phuket for a number of years I have found myself gravitating towards Happy Days at least twice a week.

It would be hard to choose a favorite between their Piazza, Friday Ribs or Sunday Roast. Some days they can be busy especially for Sunday Roast so you have to be early or wait your turn. As a small bar restaurant when they are busy their will inevitably be delays in service.

So if you are looking for a great western meal I can recommend Happy Days. Many of my friends say the Thai food there is great too but I have never tried it.

“Happy Days JANUARY 2013”

It is very difficult to say anything non complimentary about this centrally located restaurant. Their menu covers all tastes and their Fat Boy Breakfast is the best. The host and his staff make it an eating experience not to miss.

“Not always fresh!”
Reviewed February 7, 2014

I've had some great meals, some average meals and some pretty poor meals there. Which at the time proved impossible to complain about! It's a western bar in the heart of Chalong that is good if you need to speak to another westerner who has lived in Thailand for sometime. The staff are friendly, but the owner can be a little rude.
