Giles, Eric and Owen were awesome from the first contact, thru to booking, thru to getting wet and dropping us back home. Hell, Giles even took our bags for us and stored them at his office then dropped us back to our hotel. Its the small things like that that go a long way, and its also the kind of service mentality I think TA readers need to get.
Priced middle of the road, but deliver way better value than most other tours, and come highly recommended from the well-regarded and established tour companies. Thats praise indeed.
I'd suggest only a few small improvements - being perhaps issuing seasickness tabs at the start of the journey or checking on the first hour out to the dive spots, as once you're sick you're sick for the whole day. Perhaps even issuing on the docks to anyone who feels they might need them as insurance?
The second idea is perhaps a spring-loaded flag that can be raised when the time limit is up and its time to leave for the next destination? I suggest this as sometimes you can be away from the boat (or in our case, asleep on Monkey Beach).
Otherwise an excellent day out and very good value. Thanks guys!
