I stayed for 4 nights here on a bed and breakfast basis. The staff were super friendly and the food was fantastic, some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had!
The air conditioning in the rooms was not cold enough but it was very humid. This however, did not spoil my trip!
Pools were fantastic and the views of harbour very pretty.
Recommended if you are wanting to stay somewhere authentic in Thailand :)More

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Ao Chalong Villa and spa for just over a week and had a perfect time. All facilities are spotless and staff are lovely, especially Steve who was amazing in helping us get to know the area and helped with any concerns we had. Location is beautiful and if we are ever in Phuket again we will be sure to stay again :)

Absolutely wonderful property. 2 swimming pools, 1 facing the harbour and see and the second one much larger and with plenty of shade if it's too sunny. Big lovely villa with a huge comfortable bed and a nice sitting room with fridge and kettle. There is a tuk-tuk available to the main road at request and it is very accessible to everywhere by scooter. They also have a shuttle service to Kata beach 3 afternoons a week.
The property is right on the seafront with steps down to the water but further on out there are boats and there is not much beach. The pool has plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas, some around it and some on the deck facing the sea.
Staff were very helpful, all requests were met, food at the restaurant was great and Steve the manager made our trip really easy. Very helpful and generous with his time. Looking forward to staying here again.

The bedroom was very large in size with a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean and provided us with everything we needed.
When we went, one of the swimming pools was during refurbishment, which we were not informed of before arriving there, however we have enjoyed the hotel very much.

Outstanding resort, great staff, great food, great pools and views. However unfortunately this hotel is full of a new tourist called the Chinese tourist... In all my travels I have never experienced the level of rudeness, disrespect, basic manners and deafness as I have with these guests. Some incidents witnessed included taking food from breakfast buffets with their hands then putting them back bread cut fruit, hot dogs it was unreal. Also constant shouting at one another, screaming down the phone on face time and playing music on their phones at meal times. Kids swimming naked in pool, men spitting and kids pissing in bins, it really is an experience I'd rather forget. I'll only come back to this hotel if they have guests that behave like humans... Until that changes I won't be returning which is a shame as the staff, hotel, views are incredible.

This property has a stunning outlook and facilities but what stood out the most for us was the staff! Everyone was extremely helpful, they gave us tips and advice and provided anything we needed. Great place and people!
