The bedroom was very large in size with a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean and provided us with everything we needed.
When we went, one of the swimming pools was during refurbishment, which we were not informed of before arriving there, however we have enjoyed the hotel very much.More

Outstanding resort, great staff, great food, great pools and views. However unfortunately this hotel is full of a new tourist called the Chinese tourist... In all my travels I have never experienced the level of rudeness, disrespect, basic manners and deafness as I have with these guests. Some incidents witnessed included taking food from breakfast buffets with their hands then putting them back bread cut fruit, hot dogs it was unreal. Also constant shouting at one another, screaming down the phone on face time and playing music on their phones at meal times. Kids swimming naked in pool, men spitting and kids pissing in bins, it really is an experience I'd rather forget. I'll only come back to this hotel if they have guests that behave like humans... Until that changes I won't be returning which is a shame as the staff, hotel, views are incredible.

This property has a stunning outlook and facilities but what stood out the most for us was the staff! Everyone was extremely helpful, they gave us tips and advice and provided anything we needed. Great place and people!

The poolside villa and pools are amazing. We enjoyd our vacation there. Super nice place, nice and quiet (we stayd there in march). Everything was clean and tide.
The staff was very helpful with everything. Manager Steve was amazing and made it an extra convenient and pleasant vacation for us.

There was nothing at all to complain about, the service, staff, food, room was superb. We stayed in ocean front room, the best, well worth the extra for this. The infinity pool was fabulous, and only a few people in it, we loved it. Steve helped with travel arrangements, and advice. We will be back if in the area again.

Second time staying at this hotel. Upgraded to a seaview villa for a reasonable nightly rate. Great location, quiet and out the way from the busy streets. Perfect for solo traveller. Highly recommended
