Myself and my partner stayed at this gorgeous friendly place on our way to Bally Bofey to visit family. It was my 50th birthday weekend (and although the owners were not aware of this they made our stay so special). We also met a lovely Dutch father and son who were staying at the same place, and had a great laugh with them until quite late, when John was very tactful in reminding us that there may be others wanting to sleep! He even brought us all out a whiskey to finish the evening! I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thank you John and Grainne we will definately be back.

We stayed for 1 night in Dungimmon house in May 2009 to attend a family wedding. This was a very well looked after B & B with friendly hosts. The B & B is located very close to the Slieve Russel hotel. If I were in the area again I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Just pulled in on chance over the bank holiday weekend and stayed for two nights. Its like staying in a hotel but with the friendliness of a B&B. Its a big house so you don't feel your staying in someones spare room. The room was good hotel quality and spotless.Excellant shower and Hot water. Breakfast was beautiful, especially the sausages. Second day was spent out walking and we were too tired to go out for dinner. We stayed in Dungimmon house for dinner and boy was I glad. It was a restuarent experience and the salmon was beautiful. It was excellent value and the wine was good and reasonable. The experience changed my mind completely about B&B's . the value for money was great. I would recommend it to anyone and will go back. John and his wife Grainne were lovely hosts,

We stayed here for a few nights while attending a wedding at the nearby Slieve Russell hotel. Much better value than the hotel and a much more friendly atmosphere. As we were travelling from Dublin it suited us to avail of their evening menu - the fish cakes alone will bring us back again! The room was very spacious and comfortable and made for a good peaceful night's sleep. Definitely a place we intend to visit again for a getaway weekend given the local amenities such as the Shannon-Erne Waterway and Marble Arch caves.

Got this guest house information from a local hotel and checked out their website. Very professional when taking our booking and we when we arrived early evening we were met by the host, John. He was great and carried our bags up the spectacular stairway to our room. The bed was huge (super king size?) and had a great view of a huge maintained garden. There was an evening menu available and we had starters and main courses along with a bottle of wine. This was great as we had been driving since early afternoon and didn't want to go out. After that we went to their lounge and enjoyed their open fire.. Cool stuff.

Breakfast. Good quality and choice with fresh coffee cafetieres!
Can't say enough about this place. A real jem in the Cavan crown. Will be back!
