I booked this before we went on our Royal Caribbean Cruise, they were great in responding to the emails and were able to accommodate us around our Port arrival time. There was a short cab ride to the departure, which wasn't a problem-there are plenty of cabs in Cozumel.

Miguel was our guide and he is top-notch. There were 4 of us in our group and there were 2 additional couples, so the boat was not overcrowded. They took us to 4 different sites all unique and beautiful. The trip to the first site took a bit, but during that time Miguel explained the sea life we would possibly see and instructions for the equipment.

We were served fresh sliced fruits, bottled water & cake for snacks. It was a fantastic trip and Miguel's enthusiasm was contagious, we couldn't have hoped for a better guide/experience.

I chose Cozumel H2O based on the many positive reviews and could not have been happier. Email communication with Loes prior to the trip was great - all of my questions were answered promptly, booking was very easy, and instructions were clear and detailed. I opted for a private guide since we had two children (7 and 11). We wound up with a private tour! Our guide, Miguel, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my girls when they had some issues with their goggles. We saw an amazing array of fish, rays, turtles, a lobster, and squid. My mom has snorkeled many places and said this was the best by far. The water around Cozumel is stunning - Crystal clear and the most incredible color. I would highly recommend booking a tour with Cozumel H2O if you are in Playa or Cozumel.

We spent half a day with Loes and her team snorkeling. The attention to detail, safety and preservation of the reefs by the team was greatly appreciated. Loes is like a fish in the water and can spot something interesting where you can't even see anything. Had a wonderful day with the team Can recommend highly.
