Still raving at this place. Close to train station, convenience store and offers delicious and healthy breakfast daily. I so love their salad and free milk tea! YUM. Room and common bathroom is maintained clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Necessary items like toiletries, towels and slippers were provided. The locker was bigger than what I expected, which was good. Security, cleanliness and convenience are also plus points. Some receptionists can also converse well with English.

Tried the dorm room this time. It's a big bigger than the usual capsule type beds and you get to share the room with ~10+ other people. Bathrooms are still common but there are tons of space so there's really little chance that people will go in all at the same time.
The dorm still have that same cleanliness as with the regular rooms especially since you have a separate area for changing clothes and your footwear must be left in the lockers before you enter the sleeping area.
Mininn is still the best place in the central area of Taipei (around Taipei Main station, exit M7).
PS. If you're just transiting to visit other cities (like me), leave your heavy luggage downstairs with the counter and just bring important stuff and change clothes to the dorm. There's really limited space in the dorm especially if you have 30+kg hard case luggage.
Room tip: Choose beds far from the door as it may get a bit noisy when people come and go

Enjoyed their breakfast. It’s different everyday. Location is close to m7. Comfortable bed, clean toilet and bath (loved their green tea body wash!) I wish they adapt passcode system for easier access to rooms and toilet (4F bathroom’s knob is hard to grasp), play subtitled movies instead of Taiwanese news, height between lower and upper deck could be improved too.

Mini Inn has super location, just some minute walking to Taipei Main station(Exit M3) where you could access bus/train/metro or airport MRT. Quite large bed, clean room & friendly staff. The breakfast is super as well and they change meals every day, especially they offer unlimited drinks including water, green tea & orange juice. Well recommended in Taipei!

The excellent rating of this hostel is true. It has the best location -- just a few steps away from one of the exits of to the Taipei Main Station. It has a 24/7 convenience store beside it. It is modern, clean and efficiently run. they have whatever you need. The staff are helpful, friendly and very efficient. It has elevators to all floors. One would need a security card to access to elevator and bathrooms. That bathroom is clean, and complete soap and hairdryer. I love the breakfast, very filling. Very good brewed coffee. It changes every day but it is always good. My favorite was when they served fried rice.
The beds were great and I like the comforter.
Although this is a hostel, it doesn't feel like one. I feel that I was taken cared of just like an expensive hotel.
