I loved how the staff (housekeeping staff and the ones in the reception area) attend to their client's needs. Very polite and attentive.
The rooms were clean but quite small. Me and my daughter couldn't move freely because of the room size. You can hear the noise outside especially the noise from the adjacent room. Any movement created by the other room's occupant can be heard. This is the reason why we are also careful in our movements as we do not want to disturb the other visitors.
The breakfast served were almost the same every day. Not enough food to choose from.

The hotel is located just next to Diary hotel taipei, so it is strategically located (near to Taipei Main station). I stayed in a quad room and it is quite comfortable for 3 adults and 1 kid. Room is made up daily. For muslim travellers, you can actually request for halal breakfast (you need to inform the staffs though as these will be specially prepared. The buffet breakfast are not "halal") as the hotel is certifed by the muslim assosciation. The front desks staffs can speak English. But there is only 1 elevator to service the whole 9 floors hotel.

Excellent location. Small quadruple bedroom. A bit ill conceived (electric plugs, no bed lights). No space for storage either in room or bathroom, no toilet paper (must use tissues). Insufficient cleaning. Dark restaurant room. Average breakfast.

The room is small but nice and cosy. Theres bathtub in toilet. But the room is not sound proof. Hangers not provided. And no place to hang your clothes. Oh I love the cute HELLO KITTY check in/out counter. Luckily there is a bank nearby to change currency. Not all banks accept SG notes.

Spacious rooms and a variety of choices on the buffet breakfast. Location is also great since its just walking distance to the to train station and a few places you can buy food (711, Starbucks, KFC).
