The room is big enough for 2 person and is very well maintain. It has a TV installed in the bathroom which allows the customer the luxury of enjoying the favorite show while relaxing in the bathtub.
The hotel is near to a train station which is convenient for people to move around Taipei.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful. thanks

The hotel is located in a central place, very convenient and very easy to approach bus, MRT, taxi. Check in and out were fast and easy. Breakfast is OK for Chinese, too little choices for Westerners... Room was clean and well maintained, with all the required amenities. Shower is great. The room itself was without windows (I knew it in advance, it's clearly mentioned), but still, the wall was completely "naked". Adding a decorative curtain and a nice paint on the wall would do a major difference and would give a much better feeling. The rooms are being arranged between 2-4 pm, which is a little strange (well, different than usual in most of the places). It makes sense that they will let the guest know it in advance.
Overall, price was reasonable, and the benefit per cost is after all fair!

Room tip: A little more expensive, but they have also rooms with street view. Less rooms than the internal ones, therefore not always available.

We stayed for four nights and five days and everything about the hotel was great, with the exception of having to put used toilet paper in the garbage bin rather than the toilet (due to the plumbing facilities). This is probably our one an only gripe about the place, but a major one in our opinions which prevents it from hitting five stars. With the negative part out of the way, here is why we enjoyed this hotel:

1) Staff were friendly and spoke at least five different languages (depending on who is on duty, there usually was someone present we could speak to with no hassle).

2) Rooms were spacious for the price and the bathroom itself was quite large. We enjoy firm mattresses (which this room had) so we slept rather well.

3) Location was great, far enough away from the heart of the city, but close enough to enjoy ease of access (train station is < 5 minute walk from the hotel). Around the hotel, there are many convenient stores, coffee stores, restaurants, and other locations to enjoy within a 15 minute walk in all directions. (*We didn't do the hotel breakfast because there were so many amazing restaurants in the area within walking distance).

4) While the hotel as a washer/dryer for use, there is only one of each available for use so if you plan on doing laundry there, be aware of that.

We would likely end up staying here again should we pay Taipei/Taiwan a visit in the future.

Room tip: The street noise can be a bother at certain times of the day so the higher you are, the less of a bother it is.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nites.
The hotel is within walking distance from the subway and there are plenty of eateries nearby which comes in very handy.
The set up of the whole hotel is very modern and room allocated to us is very spacious and well furnished.
The staff working in various disciples are very courteous, friendly and warm.
As to the breakfast, I would prefer if the management could have more variety in the menu.
We are very happy with our stay and it has been a pleasant one.

My mum and I stayed in a superior twin room for 3 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bed which was quite firm. Everything in the room was of high quality and pleasing to the eye. The bathroom was equally spacious and water pressure was great. A slight negative is that we were told that used toilet papers need to go into the bin, as the drain is quite narrow and prone to blockage (we have noticed the water is slow to drain); while I understand their reasoning, I find this practice quite unhygienic. The wifi occasionally glitches, which is resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting.

Breakfast was excellent and enjoyable, with small changes from day to day. I particularly enjoyed the salad bar and soy milk, which were very clean and fresh. Staff were very efficient with replenishing food and taking away the trolley with dirty dishes. We gave our compliments to the chef.

Location may not be ideal for those who want to be in the thick of the action and/or shopping. This is more of a work district. However, transport in right on the doorstep so it's easy to get to where you want. Songjiang Nanjing is the closest MRT station to the hotel. Take exit 5. However, if you require the use of an elevator, take exit 4.

Staff from the front desk, cleaners and kitchen staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient, making our stay extremely pleasant.

We actually preferred our stay here to its sister hotel over at ZhongXiao and would definitely stay here again.
