Hotel in good shape and excellent staff accommodation. High standard of customer service with heart. Prompt check in and check out, no waste of time. Delicious breakfast buffet. Wonderful reception staff members, especially Emily.

위치상 가족이라던지 어르신들이 가기에 조용하고 적절한 동네입니다.
시먼딩쪽은 시끄러운 반면 이쪽동네는 조용하고 안전해요.
호텔은 가성비로도 괜찮고 객실 및 조식 모두 무난하게 만족하였습니다.

특히 위니라는 직원분이 한국어를 굉장히 출중하게 잘하셔서 매우 인상적이었습니다.^^
또한 친절하고 상냥하게 응대해 주시고 숙박기간동안 빠짐없이 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사드립니다😄
덕분에 주변에서 식사 및 관광에 많은 도움이 되었습니다^^

We were greeted with a kind welcome by Winnie who was absolutely amazing and has a great Korean skills.
As much as she welcomed us with warm kindness, she also constantly made sure that our stay is in good hand by asking us how the room condition is, if the breakfast was good, and even about our trip.
She also let us know where the place is good to have meals and recommanded us a few choices of restaurants which was really helpful.

I ask this hotel that her work should be acknowledge, credited and hope that she gets even awarded🤗

This was my second time staying at Ambience. Another great stay and will definitely stay at this boutique hotel again. Impeccably clean. Walking distance to many local eateries. Hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, giving us many recommendations to eateries nearby including some local hidden gems. We travelled as a group of 4 so mainly used a car ride service to travel to places. Otherwise a comfortable 10 min walk to the nearest train stations (Songjiang Nanjing or Zhongxiao Xinsheng). The complimentary afternoon tea is a great touch if you stay around the hotel during the day.
