We checked in very late at midnite. Staff seems doing their own job using the computer and even do not smile and greet.
Wall is thin and it is noisy enough to wake you up if the neighbors close the doors.
Staff is not helpful at all as when I asked about the lantern festival, he just said he don't know but he can " help" to get the website and I can search it by myself, this really surprised me.
Low value compared to what I paid, but I booked late so there is not much choice.

I stayed in this hotel three nights.
I booked a queen superior room, but i receved e free upgrade to a King Deluxe room :)
The hotel is modern and with style. The room is spacious with a sofa and clean. In the bathroom there was also 2 toothbrushes and one shaver.
The staff was very helpful and parking was free.
Position is good, two bloks there is Nanjing Metro.
Near hotel there are a lots of good restaurants (american, chinese, hong kong restaurants)

We chose this hotel cos we were travelling with my handicapped parent.
The handicapped toilet facilities were just great and very safe and convenient.
Highly recommended if you travel with handicapped family.

location wise, walking distance to the train stn, less than 10 mins

Room Tip: chose corner rooms, its much bigger.

Everything is just great of this newly hotel in the central of Taipei. Even at peak Chinese New Year holiday, I can book a room at NTW 2880 for a night (without breakfast) which is value for money. Perfect location - one block away from subway; 5 mins taxi to the domestic Sungshan Airport.

The building used to be China Airlines headquarter and now converted to a unique boutique hotel; but CAL still remains a downtown ticketing office on the ground floor, so I am still able to go there to check my booking and reserve my preferred seat for my flight back to Hong Kong - very convenience for me.

Looking forward to try their another outlet at Kaohsiung when it is expected to open at end this year.

Would stay there again. Good location near small markets and fast food restaurants. The bathroom has awesome shower and powerful water. Just a little small & harder to walk around inside the room. Could use brighter lights. Service people are friendly & speaks English. Great value however for a clean, modern hotel.
