Noisy drunk hotel guests next door who woke us up three times with their yelling and pounding of the door. Hotel staff did not take appropriate action. Checked out the next day when it was supposed to be a 5-day stay.

Dear guest,

Thanks for your guest comment to Yomi hotel.
In your comment mention that the " Noisy drunk guest"
We are very sorry about that and now working to improve this problem.
We will pay more attention to drunk guest when they check in and notice controlling every room's noise.
We are very very sorry about that. We did not discover that problem in time, let you and your family had a nightmare on that night. It's our fault.
We will train our staff to improve that right away.
We believe you will have a better staying experience next time.
Thank you for your visit and comment.

I stayed at Yomi Hotel for 3 nights in Dec 2012. I must say the hotel's location is its greatest advantage - just a 5 min walk to Shuanglian MRT station. Extremely convenient.

The impression I get from the hotel's service staff is that of a "no-nonsense and enjoy your stay" attitude. I wouldn't say they were extremely friendly and affable - but general standards have been met. Front desk personnel are courteous and polite in the way they speak, rooms are promptly cleaned and tidied. As mentioned by the others, free snacks (noodles, fruits, chips) are provided and replenished daily. I particularly love the LCD TV set with so many cable TV channels to choose from. I also appreciate that they provided an international adaptor in one of the sockets. It's really of great convenience.

Breakfast (starts 7am) was okay, a mix of Chinese and Western food. But I only ate breakfast there for a day and ventured out for the remainder of my stay in Taipei because there were so many other food options in the vicinity!

I was seldom at the hotel so I can't comment much on the other ammenities like the gym. Overall, better than I expected.

This is our second trip in Taipei. The hotel is the best of all the hotels we stayed. The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is elegent, clean and tidy. The location is excellent.

The hotels provide two bicycles. My son and I used it in two mornings, going along the Zhongshang Road to the river at the north.

Room Tip: Ning Xia Night market is 15 minutes away by walking . Or take a bus there , just several stops.

Its definitely not the best hotel I have ever been, but comparing to other hotels in Taiwan, this one have the best ratio value for money. All services ok, perfect location, maybe bit wider offer for breakfast woul be nice. In general, I would recommend it.

We stayed in Yomi frm 1st-3rd dec 2012. My family liked it so much and relented that we should have stayed for more days in our 12 days in Taiwan. Great location and staffs are very helpful and nice. We like the amenities the hotel provide-snacks,hot beverages throughout the day, free usage of washing machine, massage chair and many more and even handphones chargers. Felt really at home as rooms are well kept and clean. The services Yomi has provided has earned 2 thumbs up from all of us-group of 9.
Well done Yomi and thank you for all your excellent services! You have make our stay in Taiwan a very pleasant one!
