Room very large - not all are so check when booking if you want a large room and one with good outlook. Breakfast food just okay - at least the toaster worked - but placed in a corner so hard for more than one person to use at a time. Beds comfortable, room and hotel very clean.

Lovely hotel room in the new hotel. small bathroom,spider on the balcony, outdoor sitting area is unsafe cause it’s situated in the carpark. Dinner is at the old hotel, same group operates few hotels,so even if u booked new hotel still gotta walk to 150 meters away and no ramp up to lobby(10-15 steps), once we got in we are then told No life nor escalator to basement dinning area(25-30steps) we had to wake my sick child up, carry him and pram down the stairs, and afterwards I asked the staff if there’s a service life we can use they said No, and once again I had to carry my child upstairs and pray not to tripped and fall down with him in my arms, if we ever knew it was like this, we would not have book this hotel, all the facility swimming pool/kids club ect are located in basement. Never again!
新館內房間不錯,陽台有蜘蛛,浴室很小,所有設施包含晚餐餐廳，泳池，兒童遊戲設施都在地下一樓。就算訂在新館，晚餐還是在舊館，走到路上100公尺之後才發現舊館沒有無障礙設施,小孩不舒服,必須從路面往上搬嬰兒車10-15階到lobby,然後被告知用餐在地下一樓，沒有手扶梯或是電梯,小孩子要抱著爬樓梯往下20到30階梯,飯後問員工是否能使用貨梯，他們說完全沒有電梯???於是小孩一直哭又要抱著爬樓梯上樓又希望不會摔倒,如果事先知道是這樣,不會訂這間飯店,never again !
