This hostel is hidden inside an alley, all the way at the end. Both it’s interior and exterior are well designed.
The hosts are nice and provides flexibility and assistance quickly. The entire property is shoes-off-indoor-slippers-only so it is basically dustless and comfortable.
The layout of the economy room where I am staying in is good. It gives off a homey vibe. I would say the only improvement there should be is WiFi, I was getting a somewhat slow connection since there seems to only have one router for the upper floors.
Aside from that, the location, service, and price make this place a great value stay.

設計感良好 ，樓梯間也都有用心佈置 ，很有家溫馨的感覺 ，離車站很近交通十分便利 離市區也很方便非常大推推推 It is a nice design hotel , very convenient, friendly staff. They are happy to help you if you need the help. Near train station , 10 mins to a lot of travel spot.

After I booked, and noticed the checkin time was 4pm, and then got an email saying bring your own towel... I thought what have I done?
But, the guy that runs it completely gets hospitality. Our bags were held until check in time, and a towel was produced when I said that I didn’t have one. As was a welcoming cleansing ale. Can’t ask for better than that.
The rooms are eclectic and very tasteful. Air con in our room was dodgy (wouldn’t move off 17 degrees) but we didn’t actually need it.
Recommended.

A homestay with really creative and clean rooms, and close to the main train station as well as other attractions and shopping districts. They also have craft beers and imported craft beers (which is a must try) and drip coffee too.

A beautiful city, a hotel is friendly for traveling, in a corner of Tainan, there is a wonderful hotel it is called Hinoki Mansion. Actually, it is my first time been Tainan, thank Hinoki Mansion gave me a beautiful experience in here!!

This is my first time to stay at hinoki mansion. I was surprised when I see such a lovely place hidden in a small alley. The atmosphere there was peaceful, and the service is superb. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Location close to many famous restaurants and street vendors. Would definitely come again.
