They quickly arrange the technician to come to my room and fix the WiFi issue. But what really impress me is that they also sent a female staff to accompany the male technician, this little gesture is really going extra mile to think ahead of what a customer may concern even without the request of the customer. Excellent!

Hotel is sorrounded by great places to eat( hotel has a map in English as to where to walk around) A Carrefour Center ( for grocery and dry goods) is a short walk away. Rooms are spacious and neat. About 20 minutes from the airport.

We arrived very late at night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Taxi fare from airport to the hotel was NT$ 500 around.
Receptionist was friendly and efficient.
They not only helped to answer our questions and booked a cab, he even helped to bring our luggages into the room!
We had a great night sleep. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We paid NTD9000 for a room they called junior suite but it is worse than most basic room of any 4 star properties. The room is small and beddings so basic that there is not even an extra pillow around. Breakfast was poor as well. Despite the location and cheerful front desk staff and helpful housekeeping staff, I would not recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay Taoyuan.

Our room was small and dirty. They claim they’re renovating, but at least they could vacuum the carpet and replace the mat and chair covered with black mold. The location is not conducive to easy sightseeing. It was about 30 minutes from the airport and 60 minutes from major sites in Taipei and the main train station. The breakfast was adequate, but not well done—Tang instead of juice, skin on the warm milk, cold potatoes. At least no fleas or cockroaches.
