The service of the staff was really poor, I’m on the bus from Taipei to Tainan I just ask the driver can I buy a water. Then the driver attitude was really poor say no. And also the driver should be stop at the station for 10min but he only stop less then 1 min. This is the very very poor experience on Taiwan bus. If you wanna to take a bus please take the other bus. Any other is better then this one.

Left my phone on the bus and was found and safely returned back to me. Appreciate the effort of the pretty lady at Taoyuan Airport arrival hall counter in assisting me in finding back my phone, and the bus driver who managed to find it and send it back to airport.
It was on 31st Oct 2018 evening.
A big thank you to Kuo-Kwang for being such a efficient and reliable airport transfer/ transportation company. This is my second time choosing them for airport transfer due to their great customer service. Will definitely choose them again and recommend it to my friends.

Travelling by this bus is the most convenient way to get to and from the airport to the Marriott Courtyard in Nangang. It is less of a hassle than travelling by the airport MRT and Taipei MRT because there is no connection between the two. We did some research before we left for our vacation and found that we need to have to walk a long way to the Taipei MRT after alighting from the airport MRT if we choose to travel by MRT.
It costs only NTD$140 one way from the Taoyuan Airport to the Taipei Courtyard in Nangang! Bus is also clean and staff is polite.

Keep a look out for the signs for bus service to the airport posted at Taipei Main Station, as the bus terminal is different from the main bus terminal.
Overall, it is an affordable and comfortable way to travel to and from Taoyuan airport, and it is my preferred mode of transport as there are buses at all times. There are even ads for innovative products shown onboard to keep you occupied on the journey!
