Just 3 min walk from Luodong station and 10 min to the night market. Good place to stay when travelling to Yilan County. However, the room with bunk bed was a bit stuffy and it might be rather hard to sleep.

Looks to be a newly renovated hotel, looks contemporary with all the needs for modern travellers (e.g. ports near the bed). Clean, room is reasonably large, and very near the train station. Walkable by 10-15 mins to night market and other famous bakeries.

Stayed 2 nights in the backpacker shared room, the space for each one is bigger than i thought. The room is clean, and breakfast is quite good. The most important is it located very close to LuoDong train station, and night market is in walking distance.Very good budget choice in LuoDong.

This hotel has a large carpark which is great for us. The room is huge, clean and it is inexpensive. A few minutes walk to the train station and maybe 15 minutes' walk to the night market. I decided to take a room without window for the first time in my life (to save a few bucks) and almost didnt even notice its absence, partly help by the size of the room. Belief me, it is ok to get a room without a window in this hotel. The sound proofing is not ideal but it is ok when you are too tired to notice it. Clean bathroom. Overall deco is simple.

Anho hotel (安禾時尚旅館) conveniently located across the street of Lutong train station (羅東站前). About 5min walking from the train and intercity bus station (羅東轉運站).
This was my repeated stay at Anho hotel since its opening in 2015. The hotel is well maintained and enhanced with delicious buffet breakfast.
The room (capsules) are well equipped with basic amenities. Access card to the room and individual private locker. I felt safe, clean and comfortable with this unparalleled and exceptional experience of capsule stay at Anho.
Hotel staff are friendly, warm and helpful.
My strong recommendation of Anho for your short stay:
- Very convenient location, closer to both Lutong train and bus station.
- Very clean, safe and comfortable.
- Yummy buffet breakfast.
- Value for money.
- Accessible to many attractions such as Lutong night market, Yilan, Jiaxi, Wuling farm, SuAw cold spring (蘇澳冷泉) (from bus station by Guaguan bus 国光客运).

Hotel was located opposite the train station which is less than 5 minutes walk away if walking out through the carpark main entrance. It is also near the Luodong night market which is about 500 metres away by the back entrance of the hotel. There are many eateries that sell traditional Taiwanese breakfast along the way to the Luodong night market.
