The top 2 room types that has a seafront facing was the main attraction for this minsu （B&B). However as they didnt provided "add bed" & I needed a room with for 4 pax, hence I booked the ground floor mid-summer nite room for my family (with 2 kids) while my parents took the highest floor Pumpkin carriage room.

The pumpkin carridge 南瓜馬車雙人獨享VIP房: highest floor. beautiful seaview! bathtub indoor. BUT there's no lifts in minsu (traditionally that's usually the case), so if u are bringing heavy luggage (like most international travellers), do note u will have to lug ur heavy luggage up all the way.

Ground floor Midsummer nite room 仲夏夜之夢: 4 pax room - 2 double beds. Huge Jacuzzi bathtub. Front poach to laze . Initially i was a bit disappointed having to take a ground floor room thinking there will be no view. but wait, it turn out to be the best choice! Phew! we didnt have to lug our super heavy luggages up the stairs. Our parents room which was the highest floor - they simply left their luggage in our room too! If we wanted the see the view, we simply went upstairs. otherwise we actually spend more time relaxing in our front poach during breakfast time.
Yup the good thing w staying on ground floor,we could actually eat in comfort of our room , in front poach , enjoying the sea n breeze.

Service: good excellent service. very nice owners, people. There's complimentary unlimited refill of tea /drinks for the afternoon tea time. Same goes for breakfast, it was really homemade, homecooked!

They have a private parking area as well so if u drive u dun have to worry abt parking.

Location: there's lots of sea-sports vendor just opposite this minsu. we were there in summer & truely enjoy it. its so convenient that after getting wet n sandy at the beach, we just need to cross back to our minsu and wash up.
However this was not near the kenting nite mkt, hence to get to the nite mkt, u need to drive (or rent scooters which is available just outside this minsu)

To sum up, it was a wonderful stay , except a tad pricey. :)

it's a nice, homely & clean place. But overall still a quite normal and average B&B, so apparently a bit pricy for its level and standard. And the staffs seem to think very highly of the establishment which is a bit funny.

Comfortable and interesting B&B with a good view of the sea. Rooms are clean and bright. The room on the 3Rd floor is designed to look like a ship. The room is so comfortable that we chosed to stay in the room and laze for the whole day! The B&B is just across the road to a beach which is convenient for beach lovers.
Although its located away (approx 2km) from the main street and night markets, the peace and quiet would appeal to those who want a chill and relaxing holiday.
