Hotel is less than 5mins walk from train station. Hotel staff are friendly, will recommend to friends if they are travelling to Taichung. Hotel staff will recommend places to visit (walking distance from hotel) and other must visit sites. Travelling in Taichung is not as easy as Taipei unless you book a cab to bring you around.

This is a wonderful base for a visit to Taichung. The Floors all have different decoration themes- ours on the 10th floor was Music. Quirky but great. The hotel offers free Coffe etc all day in the Loby, plus free Laundry (incl driers) on the Ground floor. The buffet breakfast included was excellent and the reception staff are extremely helpful. Its a great location just 2 mins walk behind the train station and is very convenient for public transport, taxis, buses, trains etc. Our room(1001)was large with a full bathroom (incl batch) plus an attached sitting/writing room. Just great!

ideal location when you plan to take train. Just few walks from the station, you can arrive at a hotel. The breakfast was great. Room was clean, nicely decorated . Nearby there is a shopping mall and the cultural heritage park is at a walking distance.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is great - it's actually a full meal including fruits, drinks, desert. There's a free DIY laundry room. And you even get free movies in your room - I watched Tolkien during my stay. Overall it is a very nice place to stay, and wonderful value for money. Definitely recommended for everyone who visits Taichung.

Since I am traveling with my family, I’ve booked a room for 3 pax - like most of the hotel design in the city, don’t expect too much on the room size.
As a hotelier, I am not really like the design of bathroom door. There is no lock on the glass door - and easily ajar with a small gap; if you are a demanding person on privacy, you might need to consider this part - especially if you are traveling with friends.m, not family.
Personally, I like the design of the writing desk area.. kind of Japanese style with a minibar, you could store your drinks there and enjoy your own peaceful moment.
Room cleanliness is up to expectation for me, no major cleanliness issue was found during the stay, and amenities in the room are sufficient - of cause, it would be nice if they provide a larger tooth paste.
The service is outstanding, very passionate and helpful front desk agents. Nice arrangement on the manning of agents, no queue at all whenever I approach the counter.
I have requested their assistance on the trip planning, and their supervisor - Vanessa Chen provided fabulous personalized service to me.
Vanessa sat down with me for introducing various attractions one by one with her comments and highlights, very touch that she shares her experience during the conversation. This make the whole experience lifeful and help a lot on the understanding for a person who first time travel in Taichung.
Overall, this is a lovely hotel in Taichung with good location, very close to the train station and night market. Their amazing service makes the whole trip experience smooth and sweet.
