As other reviewers have already stated, this place is incredibly poorly run. The staff(especially the woman at the gate) are rude and have a disgusting attitude towards visitors who they are simply trying to squeeze money from in the most blatant way possible. The springs are dirty and poorly maintained and you will regret coming here. Go anywhere but here...

Went to go here on a hot muggy day. Took swimming apparel, took two trains to get there, bought our tickets only to be told that whilst my girlfriend's bikini was fine, my swimming shorts were not. No explanation as to why, but if I wanted to go, I'd have to fork out for a pair of very figure hugging (and therefore much revealing) shorts that they were very happy to sell me at a massively inflated price. Still no explanation so we left. Rude to boot about the whole situation rather than explanatory! Avoid. There's plenty more to chose from.

The not-really pleasant counter staff are pretty strict about the dress code. Strictly swim wear only. They will feel the texture of your swim wear before they let you in. Otherwise, you will have to purchase one from the vendors. The springs are okay I guess. Doesn't seem like they maintain it well. Water doesn't seem clean either. Spent a measly 30 mins here. Much better hot springs around.

Extremely rude staff. Went there in a group, the lady at the counter insisted on checking all our swimwear. She even claimed that some of our swimwear was not actually swimwear (probably so we would buy their swimwear and add to their revenue) when in actual fact it was obviously swimwear.

We decided to visit in batches to avoid buying swimwear. When the 2nd group of us went in, they refused to let us in, claiming it was closed when in actual fact there was still about 10 minutes to the closing time of the first batch.

Would never come here again.

I really enjoyed visiting the hot springs but yoi really nees to know the rules first.

The first thibg to do is find a time alot to suit you. They have to close the spring at certain times in the day to clean it and they wont remind you of this when you biy a ticket. We atayed for an hour and that was plenty.

Next lwarn the rules. Hair must be tied up, no mens swimshorts only the tighter ones without pockets, no pictures, always shower before, wash your feet before every dip and most importantly no toe dippers. If you are getting in the hottest spring you need to commit to it fully and get it - this really bothers the locals there and therw are signs all over the place about it.

Realistically the hottest pool is too hot for most people so just stick to the two cooler ones and the cold pools.

We went on a weekday and it was busy but not too busy.
