We lived in deluxe double room (room 702). Good hot spring facility, clean, nice staffs, good air conditioning, quiet. Highly recommended. A bit difficult for traveller who carry big luggage because of the stone road and hotel is on little hill.
Overall it's worth to pay for this room.

The hotel is newer than seen from foto. Maybe the colour tone and funishing make it look older in foto than it is supposed to be. Immediately give u a spacious and grand feel when u enter. Like the free ginger tea at the lobby. The room is of 5 stars standard. There is some hiccups when arranging the transport from beitou station. At least check few hours before reaching. They have free shuttle to/fro hotel and Beitou/xin Beitou every 30 mins, however they can sometimes be full or used to run their own errand and can be erratic. I called and email like 3 times before arriving, and still encounter problem, waited for like 2hrs at the station for the shuttle. Other than that the service was good though not excellent. However, really like the hotel, the tub, the bath salt provided. Oso a good base to go yang min shan ( call uber it is value for money).

A weekend stay during a hectic business trip. A little difficult to find, but well appointed. Rooms are, curiously, located below the main lobby! The hot spring in the room is excellent - word of warning, be prepared to smell of sulfur for the remainder of the day! Walking distance to the metro station and some good local restaurants. The design of the room felt a little bit like a large bathroom into which someone had fitted a double bed - the TV was on the wall directly above and to the left of the bed, opposite the bath. No bedside table (or room for one). Laundry service was a bit confusing - paperwork suggested same-day service was available, but reception said not.

This is one of the good hotels in Beitou with the big bathtub for hot-spring and also big bathroom and toilet with a reasonable price. This hotel also provides the shuttle bus to take the customers from the MRT station (Beitou or XinBeitou).

The Royal Seasons is within walking distance from XInbeitou railway station or if you Prefer not to walk a taxi will cost you 70 NTD.

Check in is easy and the receptionists are charming and helpful.

We booked a twin delux room which was on the sixth floor and it was spacious, quiet and clean. The beds are very comfy.

Our room had a large bath tub which could be filled with water from the near by hot spring. It was great.

The buffet breakfast is a mixture of Asian and Western dishes. There are plenty of choices and be prepared to put on calories.

Every member of staff we came into contact with were pleasant and quite prepared to go the extra mile to help.

The hotel is ideally situated for all local attractions.

We had a great stay and plan to return next year.

Room Tip: Make sure your room has a hot tub
