We travelled along way, down the island of Bali the day we arrived at the Pink Coco and we were certainly greatful to see the coral pink building along a dusty road!
On arrival the surf vibe was evident with surfers casually slipping past the reception with their boards. The receptionist was lovely and checked us in quickly and a little guy took our suitcases across the stone paths which helped us from falling on our faces!

We booked the room with a fan but chose to upgrade the next night as it was too hot in the room and the open bathroom area did let in some mosquitos.
The location was good for Panang Panang beach and you will need to hire a car or a moped to nip to the other surf breaks. This is pretty easy as they hire just next door!

The whole hotel was so clean and well organised. Many people complained about the price of the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. But we appreciated the quality of food it was serving and not the price. Its hard to get good italian food outside of Italy!

We didn't like the price of the water, it was extortionate! So we learned very quickly that there was a tiny shop near to the beach entrance and bought from there!

Other than the price of the water we were so sad to leave the Pink Coco!

Room Tip: Invest in the AC room option.

This place is what I would expect from a number one rated hotel. My wife and I stayed in the penthouse for 4 nights which was very nice. I think we would have been ok with any of the rooms though. The waterfall shower was awesome! The view was scenic and the staff were helpful. They have scooters to rent on premises for $7 US a day. Just make sure everything works, we got a bad one with a gas gauge that didn't work and ran out of gas near Dreamland. The location is good, walking distance to Padang Padang, a short ride to Dreamland and Ulawatu Temple. Close to delicious restaurants. My wife and I especially liked Buddha Soul. The pool water was just the right temperature and refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: All the rooms looked great but for the best view and privacy take the penthouse!

I stayed at Pink Coco for 5 awesome nights and got too experience two of their room types.

I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. If you surf and have a partner who likes the nicer things in life then don't think, book here! You can get great deals online by aussie standards. Very easily walked to Padang Padang beach and a short scooter to either Dreamlands or Ula Watu.

The first three nights were spent in a garden deluxe room, featuring massive room, huge bed, enormous open air bathroom, air con, tv, safe, and huge round lounge beanbag thing awesome for watching tv in after a day in the surf. Out the front of the room there was a huge lounge bed and pillows with an overhead fan. You could even lower large blinds to make this area completely private making it another room. Best of all three steps from my room was a pool which i swam in every day. Total luxury.

Second room for two nights was a standard room. It was only slightly smaller. Pool still right out front. NO tv, NO aircon. Fans though, safe, and same awesome bathroom setup. Fans are fine if you don't mind the heat, and the heat is hot down on the Bukit peninsular. If you have a partner who doesn't like the heat ensure you spend the extra and book a room with aircon.

There is an amazing restaurant on site which serves amazing food.(Trattoria) I ate there heaps and was not once disappointed once. There are other places nearby which are just as good. At night this place is popular with people staying at different hotels and is quite busy, creating a great buzz to the hotel.

Things to know maybe?.

# No tea/coffee making facilities in room. (no big deal at all since they can make you a cup at the bar if you want a hot drink for a small fee?)
# No breakfast included. (Good omelets in restaurant, or try next door)
# Air conditioning only in deluxe rooms. (if you don't mind the heat its all good, go standard)
# You can rent scooters onsite or take a short walk and pick from elsewhere. $6 AUD a day)

Overall an awesome place to chill after a surf. There may be cheaper places around, but you pay for convenience and service. If you have any questions send me a message.

Room Tip: Book a room with air con to escape the heat.

This is our second trip to pink coco, it has expanded a lot in the last year but you don't really notice it as the hotel is in two sections. It really is awesome here. Great value for money and close to Padang Padang beach and the surfing reefs of the bukit peninsula. The restaurants out front are a little exey but right next door LBS has a good yummy restaurant that is very cheap.

We loved our stay at Pink coco. There is a great atmosphere here! It is located a short walk from Padang padang beach. There is a great italian restaurant within the hotel. We had dinner here several times and it was really good. There are also other nice restaurants just down the road from the hotel.

The room had everything we needed: a big safe deposit box, a big bed, a spacious bathroom with a beautiful outdoor part, and a very nice veranda with a cool sofa... The room was cleaned every day and it was very clean and fresh.

The staff is friendly and helpful!

We liked this place most of all the places we have been to in Bali and would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: We stayed here in July and at that time of the year the nights are not very hot so the fan room was...
