We booked show with dinner, the food was just normal even we booked the seafood buffet. Do not expect much.
We really enjoyed the show as many Thai cultural, magic and animal show.

Best part of the show were the trapeze artists. Animals were not really needed. It’s not natural for the elephants etc to be used for human entertainment.

Very expensive tourist rip off, I just constantly felt sorry for the animals involved. They have a variety of animals that clearly do not want to be there. You wonder how they have been trained to do these things. Food during the show was also very poor. Definitely not worth your money or time. Far better things to do in Phuket.

Its a huge auditorium where before going inside the audi one has to deposit mobile phones n cameras as photo and video shooting is not allowed inside the audi as live animals including elephants, lambs, pigeons, horses are involved plus its a ligth and sound show with acrobats being performes just above Your head..its a boring stuff.
But yes fantsea is having a plethora of souvineir shops and also luxury goods stores so is a good place to buy them though same things are available anywhere and everywhere in Phuket.
The ala carte restaura was good with live songs being played. Restaura serves water bottles of low and high range of water bottles ao be careful while placing the order.
We had beef burger with cheese,
Veg sandiwch and veg biryani.
It was worth having it.
Their washroom was very unique as were made of bamboo. The washbasins were made of artificial bison mouth and it was funny to watch water coming out of bison's nostrils!
Must visit restaura

Still trying to work out why this is so popular and well reviewed. Went with an open mind, but quite sure what to expect. Basically is just a group of themed gift shops.
Yes, there are white tigers to see, but clearly in an unsuitable enclosure. Other exhibits include long neck turtle, a few snakes and, wait for it.... Rabbits and hamsters!
The food is OK, but all drinks are extra and you have to add on a service charge and various taxes, so beware!
As for the show itself. Well, to see animals and in particular elephants so exploited, it was disappointing. One elephant clearly had a leg problem and a limp, yet was made to all sort of tricks as well as the others. So not OK in the 21st century. The story itself with the dancers etc. could become more central and the real Thai culture would be better appreciated.
Until changes are made, avoid this Over-rated cynical, exploitive and money making exercise. Too many better things to do in Phuket.

It’s like big fun fair inside. A carnival! An impressive show with all animals, elephant, tiger, horse, pigeon, goat and chicken. Inside there is also a small jungle experience which is a 5 mins walk through little zoo (there are two white tiger!)

A thumbs up for the planner. Everything are all well planned. From the main entrance, to deposit your phone and cameras ( you will be given a colour number plate and have to keep it through out the whole show), to queue up for the baby tiger photo session, and camera collection and photo collection. They are all well indicated on a big board and you may approach any staff for any help.

It’s worth going.

After being to the elephant sanctuary earlier in the week was disappointed to go here seeing them having to take people on rides and perform in the show after being told how to tell they show stress could see they were stressed no need to continue using any wild animals like this anymore could tell the same story without using them

After seeing the show - my partner & I were very disappointed. It reminded us of the Circus carnival. The buffet dinner was ok, it filled our stomach. The souvenir shops were expensive and for a tourist destination they don't speak English!
