Good overall.

Price: although the price through local dealers is much lower than buying tickets online, you will have much less free time. I paid 2250 Bhats per ticket for gold seats, regular buffet & transfer.
Booking through a local dealer will limit your ability to explore all the festival area, which is, to my taste, too promotional. There are a lot of souvenirs and game booths.

Food: The regular food buffet is actually very good, and is served at a huge dinner hall. The premium buffet which includes sea food will cost you about 50$ extra.

Fantasea Show: The show itself is entertaining, although you will probably not understand the story-line being told. It was disappointing from this angle.

The food in the buffet was quite nice, a lot to choose from. Great vegetarian options, lots for kids. The show is ok if you can get past the animal exploitation. I just told myself they were probably well looked after. The acrobats were pretty amazing. Didn't like the drugged tigers in their concrete/glass houses.

The worst part? After spending over $500 Australian for our family of 2 adults/3 children to go to the show and dinner - you get in there and it's just full of glitzy shops wanting you to spend MORE money. There are games for kids, but again, MORE money. There needs to be more attractions inside the theme park. There really is nothing to see. Maybe a few little rides?

The show was a let down. I didn't get the full story line.
The best thing about the place was the clothes shop to dress up and take pictures.

The dinner and the show was fantastic. The only negative was the seats in the theater is really old and needs an upgrade. Transport to the show and back was good. All in all a 4 star experience
