The rooms are nice, and spacious, and oh so comfy! Good sized. We had a lovely view too.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Food is amazing.
Pools are lovely, especially the swim up bar - always a bonus!
We were quite surprised when we paid our room bill at the end how cheap it was.
The hotel is in a good location with restaurants along either way and a good local choice.
Would definitely stay again!

Over all, this place never disappoint me.
· Breakfast was always very good. Been here last past years, and breakfast buffet always amaze me with many choices. Their menu were enhanced as well, they have added several Thai food compared to the past years we stayed. Also they have elevators now,previously was none.appreciate the separate non smoking pool 😊.
I always like this Hotel, however i suggest it to enhance more on service on putting more efforts on every guests occations. Some petal roses decorations on bed and some ballons wouldnt cost much to surprise a guest celebrating birthday or any occation. Guests are coming from different countries to celebrate and enjoy vacation. Mini mart to close bit late like 11pm would be better.

Truly the best place to stay in Phuket. Best Breakfast buffet, and the pool at night with a the cocktail bar open is a perfect evening activity! Very friendly staff at the hotel and especially the Water aerobics instructor! He made us all have a ball of a time! Its away from the rush and truly the best place for a couple/Romantic getaway!!
The only bad experience we had, is when our room was not cleaned a 100% one morning. (But I think it is because we popped in a lot the morning!)

Perfect time to visit during the "low" season but this place took us by surprise. Everything from the cleanliness, well staffed, well maintained facilities. Four pools, two with bars, onsite massage hut, open spacious beachside restaurant, 24 hour room service, mini mart, gym activities, close to shops and other restaurants...it goes on. Best of all was the friendliness and helpful staff.

This is our third visit to this hotel and we are always happy. Big spacious property with four pools and many places to chillax and relax. Only adults and no kids. Love the restaurant by the sea although Thai food options could be improved. Best to book the hotel directly. We stayed in the wing close to the beach and it was lovely. Everything you need in there in the hotel. Walk along the beach to access other eateries and massage places. Beach is pretty clean. We found it very peaceful and relaxing.
