The service was super excellent.
The room was good and the only thing that didn't work as expected was the air conditioning which was always too cold or too warm, the thermostat wasn't in good shape. Please fix it for when we come back next time.
Overall if you need a nice place to relax and feel like a king this is where you need to go.

We stayed in a deluxe ground floor room, it was a great size, easy access to the pool, serviced daily, clean and tidy. Had a meals in the restaurant and they were superb!! Service was superior on all times of the day.

We are staying for 2 weeks and have not had any issues,food is excellent,pools are awesome,staff very friendly,minimart very handy for any extras you might need ,water aerobics great fun ,and we did the cooking class which was fantastic and very informative there was only 2 of us but they still went ahead and did it even though it’s a minimum of four people,well done and Thankyou .we will recommend this resort to our friends and fellow travellers and we’re coming back .

A beautiful and spread out Property with 4 pools and a beach front too. You can't ask for more if you love water and the Sun and the Sea.
A very friendly staff at the reception as well as the Restaurant too. The Breakfast spread is probably as big as the property is - Super

Well presented tidy hotel. Received a free upgrade on arrival to a junior suite. Nice clean room. Housekeeping were very good and cleaned the room to a high standard every day.
The staff were very friendly and attentive in the hotel and in both of the two resturants with great food and a good selection of drinks.
This hotel has a choice of pools which are all very nice and clean or the beach which is also very pretty.
This hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. If you wish to visit Patong there is a shuttle bus from the hotel reception in the evening.
There is a choice of excursions which pick up from the hotel every day. We went on the James Bond Island day trip which was very good.
If i had to critisize one thing about the stay, it would be the general state of the surrounding area. Litter and plastic strewn everywhere. This is no fault of the hotel or its staff and is common for everywhere I have been in Thailand. I absolutely love this country but I wish they would sort out the litter problem.
The hotel and staff were fantastic and i would definitly recommend to anyone that wants a quiet luxury break in a great location.
