We have seen other reviews mention no parking and no facilities etc - ignore them!
There is a big car park opposite, there is another car park where the ticket office is located and yet another car park at the hotel just around the corner. There is also a large cafe at the bottom and a small cafe at the top.
We visited during September and there were no queues at all but I have heard that there can be very long queues during July/August.
We were very lucky to visit on a clear day and we could see for miles in all directions across the many mountains in this area. It was spectacular and made you feel so small as you looked at the vastness of it all. One of those sights that stay with you for life.
I would still visit on a cloudy day especially is the clouds are low as you may be above the clouds when you are at the top. That must be a fantastic sight.
