I stayed here for two nights with my six year old, the rooms were great by Nepali standards and there was hot water, a good fan, and mosquito nets. The food was quite good and we always found several things that we liked from the buffet. We really enjoyed the activities, there were certain things I expected more of like the visit to a tradional village - we literally walked across the street and were shown two houses and some chickens and children were there. I really enjoyed the traditional dance, walking tour, elephant safari, the canoe ride, the elephant bathing, and seeing the elephants at the elephant breeding centre. I have read online that anyone in anyone, at any age can do all of the activities, I am young and did do them all but I feel that the elephant safari might be difficult for an older person or someone with back problems. I sat nearly backwards for two hours and was feeling motion sickness, also the seat is not very comfortable or supportive and my legs were cramping. My son found it fine. The only additional activity if you stay a third night is the jeep safari, so if you don't have a long time in Nepal that may not be worth it to you.
