The staff were helpful, friendly and respectful and the morning buffet was great but that's where it ceased. On entering the hotel all lounges were marked and dirty, at night the hotel is stuck in between 2 nighclubs/pubs so 'thumping' went on until 3am. One morning we had a slip of paper under the door apologising as one hotel would be noisy until 5am! The beds felt they were full of rocks, there was no hot water in the shower, the air conditioning didn't work so they kept it on low 24/7 & wouldn't move us to another room, we got headaches because of it, the Spa-massage was horrendous and we felt dizzy/sick afterwards, laundry was supposed to be returned at 6pm but didn't come back until 10pm & we were leaving the next day. The room was tiny and felt like we were on a slight angle. The pool was clean and comfortable temperature but that was it. The bar downstairs was really loud and even though we were on the 6th (top) floor could hear it resonating. We had to constantly ask for fresh towels for a shower but it would take ages for them to arrive. I was also unaware how close we were to Kerobokan Jail. Would definitely stay at the further end of Seminyak away from Kerobokan next time. I wouldn't visit again.

First i stay at this hotel with my little family,nice location and very friendly staff. Check in late around 8PM and very quick to the room, had order margarita pizza at night and very taste.Room is big with rice-field view from balcony and there provide little chair for relax at balcony ,one thing for HK team to improve there is stain sheet i found when stay there. Overall our stay is excellent and thank you for upgrade during my stay and really recommended Hotel.
