Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review on Trip Advisor. First of all please do accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused during your stay at our hotel. Regret to read this review and we don't mean anything for sure, it was just a matter of communication, therefore once again please apologize. When We received your booking from the other property, it was only for 1 night, and We do believe that they had communicate with you previously, We did double and triple check about this booking and we received same information (only 1 night), the booking in our hotel is only for 1 night and the next day move to other property. The other property informed us that you are fully aware with this situation, even on check in process as well, the check in date and check out date mentioned clearly on Registration form that you signed on arrival. On the date of your departure one of the staff had contact you and explain the situation, and unfortunately you were not in the hotel, and then when the second call made we can not reach you on your mobile phone (mailbox), if we have a room available at that time We will be more than happy to contact the hotel that made your booking previously and extend your stay, however we are also in fully booked situation, so in this case We did not sell you room to other guest however our situation only able to accommodate the booking only for 1 night as discussed with the hotel where are you supposed to be. Once again please apologize, Thank you very much for your kind attention and understanding. We do hope the remainder of your stay in Bali was the most enjoyable one.
