Had a 7 day stay in Swiss belhotel - staff were very nice always greeting you with a smile, massages from the spa were lovely, food was average could have been better, room was lovely (rice field view) would return in the future :)

Best hotel I ever stayed.. best service and smiley faces.. very clean rooms and clean swimming pool too..breakfast is average. Staff protects their guest at all time. Will really visit this hotel again and again.

Checked in quite late into the night due to delayed flight on arrival to bali.
No issues with the rooms, rather comfy and clean. Do note that the hotel is located next to a small plot of paddy field, but not all the rooms were built facing it.
Had intercontinental breakfast. Limited choice on Indonesian breakfast though.
The only reason for choosing this place over other hotels in kuta/legian was because of its venue - skipped the massive morning commute in those major districts, as we made our way to the attractions at the north of bali.

Our hotel is situated in the strategic area where all the cafes, shops, and famous restaurants are there, and it's consider more quite than Kuta or Legian. Once again thank you, we will be very happy should you give us a chance to serve you better in the near future.
We are staying in the hotel sine 1 week now and had very good experiences! The room is very clean and has air condition as well as a Balcony. The staff is extremely friendly and helps you in everything you need.
You can rent scooters very cheep directly with the hotel for 70000 rp- about 5€ per day (but be careful the traffic is absolutely crazy 😂)
We also used the whole spa program and beside the air condition which makes u freezing very hard while being with wet peelings all over the body we just can tell it was awesome! Such nice and lovely girls will give u the feeling of being in heaven 👍🏽
The only bad thing was the breakfast, which is very poor in its offer and completely not made for Europeans and the pool which has very less spaces to lay down and relax.
But beside that we can recommend the hotel for everyone!
Thanks to the staff that made our stay in the hotel nearly perfect!

Very clean room, friendly staff, thats enough! Suitable for family holiday. strategic location in downtown bali, many options for restaurants and cafe. this hotel really consistently maintained. not many variation for breakfast, but with affordable hotel's rate, thats fine. I found that the spa in swissbel surprisingly recommended. If you are so tired to go out of hotel for spa, just be relax and try swissbel spa, it won't be dissapointed
