Only a one night stay but well positioned close to the beach, huge room, fantastic king size bed with a perfect, firm mattress.
Everything about my stay was 1st class. I was running late for a dinner when checking in and was stressed but the staff were great, got me checked in super quick and the requested iron and ironing board to my room inside 5 minutes-awesome service

This hotel is situated at one of the busiest but best street in Seminyak. You are spoilt for choices in terms of restaurants, as there are just a stone's throw away. There's Metis, Sardine, Barbacao, Livingstone Bakery, Nostimo, Lantern, La Baracca and Nook all within 5 minutes walk. We found ourselves not bothering to go far at all for food. If you are up for it, Seminyak Beach is only 30 minutes walk.
This hotel is relatively new, the room is clean and quite new. The pool is also nice and clean, only downside is there are only 6 sun beds, not enough to go around on a busy day. It is also very shady, you would not get much of the sun.
If you want to save cost on taxis and do not mind taking long walks, I highly recommend staying at this hotel because of the location. The staffs are very friendly and very accomodating to requests.

Only stay at this hotel if you just want a bed for the night, average accommodation. Location good lots of nice restaurants close by, wouldn't recommend eating at hotel, food and service poor quality.

been there for 3nights, from the 1st day we step to the frontdesk, we didnt get warm welcome, and after we check in, we find out that next to this hotel there is brandnew hotel/attraction that still in progress,so you will heard the noise. When i ask the frontdesk what time our neighbour working ours, and ask maybe there is another room on the other side, the way they answer is really really bad in my opinion. And thats happend again when i need a help to find a rental motorcycle. The room was ok, bathroom not that clean. Even our taxi drivers thinks the security man / crew in that hotel is very rude. Maybe because we just a locals!!! I've been in 5star hotel,4star,even melati.. But i never felt so irritated with hotel service.

Very clean,service also good,the room is very nice esp view and also have balcony so you can enjoy the wind,the only problem is location is very crowded so sometimes you can stuck in traffic but near to many restaurant and cafe
