We've been dining at Marc Veyrat's restaurants for 28 years. When he retired a couple of years ago it was one of the joys of our life that was extinguished. Now he is back in a tiny but beautiful restaurant in Manigod, France, 2 hours from Geneva. And it is such a JOY to eat there! Each dish is a work of art to look at, sumptuous aromas to savor, and an explosion of flavors with every bite. There is absolutely nothing like the Marc Veyrat experience. Expensive, but absolutely worth every single penny.
