Having never heard of Ste Foy a Tarentaise, I was naturally suspicious to see what the skiing would be like. I've pretty much been to most continents and therefore have high standards. This area definitely doesn't disappoint. Mostly known by locals and a small-ish idyllic town makes the ski-in and ski-out an absolute pleasure. High enough for all round good skiing conditions and some lovely off-piste as well.
As for the Chalet, it's wonderful and pretty much all you need. The food is fantastic and with the log fire roaring, the atmosphere is nice and cozy.
