“A super cosy apartment overlooking snowy Alps!”

The apartment is really cosy and home-like. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, especially being able to swim and use the sauna+jacuzzis after a day's worth of skiing! The view from the livingroom window is breathtaking, and the staff were super nice and helpful. We chose to be self-catered so it was great that there were lots of pots and pans and cutlery to cook with. There are a few good restaurants and pubs within a walking distance too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Would recommend to a group of friends or a family!

“Could not recommend enough!”

I don't know where to begin with my recommendation. Not only was the apartment absolutely fantastic, but the service, location and extra facilities were all exceptional. The apartment itself made me feel instantly at home as soon as I was in it. with a top notch bed and super shower, I could find no complaints with the accommodation. Not to mention a fully equipped kitchen! We were even kindly allowed to borrow some more peculiar culinary devices from the Barrelli staff due to mine and my partners exploratory cooking interests - sometimes it is the little things that stand out!
The staff themselves were absolutely fantastic. Whilst their dealings with us were in theory rather limited, they were instantly highly welcoming and helped myself and my partner with every request we had. They went over and above their jobs in further providing us with ski-essential assistance that we were truly grateful for.
Besides the apartment, the pool, hot tub and games room gave us the perfect mix on alternative-ski activities, and I can confidently say that there is no better apres-ski than that sauna now - it is worth putting the bar on hold for!
The town itself is a gem in the alps. With an absolutely stunning view looking out to the three valleys and up to the ski slopes of Paradiski, it is a breathtaker. We enjoyed simply walking round this quaint village to really soak in a fantastic atmosphere- there was none of this high-rise, god-awful ski apartments you get in other places here! the local bars were incredible - for a small village you would not believe how lively and fun the bars became- i challenge them to rival that of even the largest resorts. Plus they do a knock-out raclette.

All in all I cannot recommend this enough. Not only was the apartment perfect, but the location, the staff, just everything was more than could have been expected and I will surely be finding myself back here!

“Lovely apartment, great location & skiing and friendly/helpful staff”

We have recently returned from a week's stay at the Apartment Glacon in Champagny en Vanoise managed by Barelli Ski, what a lovely experience it was!

Before we had even left the country we had contact with the owner of the company who gave us full information regarding the facilities not only in the apartment but also in the area and what ski passes, lessons, facilities were available. The whole booking and payment process was slick and well managed.

When we arrived at the apartment we were greated with a lunch of tomato soup, bread and wine already prepared in our chalet (even though we were self catering) a nice surprise after a long drive!

The chalet was clean, had all the required facilities and amenities. The local staff knew everything we wanted to know, suggested places to go and helped with the issues we had with the childrens ski school (Piou Piou / Nursery). They had prebooked our lift passes and brought them to our chalet so we were all ready to go in the morning.

The swimming pool and indoor hot tub were great for apres ski, the village had everything you could want although I would recommend people take some DVD's with them for the evening if you have small children as there is nothing on the TV in English and the village is relatively quiet.

One downside is that the apartment is at the bottom of a very steep hill which you need to go up to get to either the village or the ski lift, we were lucky as we had our car with us but I would not have fancied climbing that hill every day with ski boots on!

Anybody thinking about putting their child into the Piou Piou Ski Garden or the nursery think again! the teachers are abrupt, rude, dont speak english and wouldnt let our daughter go to the bathroom! unfortunately she was traumatised after the first day and spent the remainder of the week stuck to our sides which limited our skiing.

I would definately recommend this rental apartment, or the chalets that they offer and most definately Barelli Ski.

On site staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
