It was our first time visiting the Riviera as a family and we decided to stay at a Villa in St. Jeannet. As a family of four (two daughters age 21 & 24) that love adventure we took advantage of Benoit's excursions. After many wonderful day trips to the Riviera (all only 1/2 an hour away) our most special memory of our vacation was our hiking day with Benoit and our day with him in Old Nice and a tour of a winery. His knowledge of the area was amazing and we loved all his stories about growing up in St. Jeannet. We would definitely recommend his excursions without hesitation.

Thank you Carolyn !!!
I am so happy you enjoyed these days with us, and so did the all family : ) I had a great time too, and the gymnastique on top of the Baou was dfintiely very impressive, especially when I see the photos : )
take good care, and maybe see you again sometimes in Canada !

Both St. Jeannet and Frogs House are worth a visit.
The town is charming, a great place to do some hiking, with a good selection of places to hang out / eat afterwards. The B&B is charming as well, with owners who put their whole heart into hospitality and making sure that all your needs are met.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Frog's House. We wish we'd found it earlier. The village is picturesque and the locals are friendly and happy to help with my very basic french language skills. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean and the hostess is so welcoming and helpful. This is the real France, not in the busy overcrowded cities. We hope to return soon.

We fell in love with Saint Jeannet and wish we could have stayed longer at the Frog's House. Corrine and Benoit are welcoming and helpful. They really understand how to create an experience for their guests. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated and Saint Jeannet is charming. The views from our windows were stunning. My french isn't fabulous so Corrine walked down to the Post Office with us one morning to help us mail a small package. It was chilly when we stayed so we ate breakfast in the kitchen, which gave us an opportunity to chat with Corrine, Benoit and couple from Germany. Corrine's homemade jams were wonderful and the brioche we had there was probably the best we had on our entire trip. If you are looking for some relaxation off the beaten path you should go to the Frog's House in Saint Jeannet.

Room Tip: We traveled with another family of three and stayed on the top floor with the studio and another room. It worked out perfectly for us.

Hello Janet,
thank you so much for your very nice review on tripadvisor ! we are so glad you enjoyed your stay in St Jeannet!
After you left, I had a look at the rock Larry had told me about in San Luis Obispo: it seems as great to climb than our Baou :)
Thank you again,

Perfect place to experience the charm of southern France and something very different from the overcrowded hotels in Nice. Wonderful and quiet, every room with beautiful views, but still close to many sites. Breakfast on terrace was just lovely, or an evening enjoying a glass of rosé to watch the sunset...we loved it. Corinne and Benoit are very friendly and helpful owners who give great advice about the region, helping find nice restaurants, and places to explore. We had the corner room on top with a balcony and the views are just stunning! Our stay was too short, we will come back and stay longer next time. Oh, yes Corinne has some strawberry jam to die for….

Room Tip: All rooms have great views looking out towards Nice and the Mediterranean Sea.

Dear Charlie,
Thank you very much for your very nice review! Right now it is hard to imagine the breakfasts on our sunny terrace as it is covered with snow, unbelievable :) but it does happen sometimes in winter, I bet it won’t take long before we can enjoy a nice coffee on the terrace again: )
We’ll be happy to see you again in st Jeannet (the little crystal frog is still smiling in the kitchen :) )
All the best to the all family
