Me and company coleagues visit this hotel and the huge Resort, when i say huge i mean it! Everything was out of imagination, a complete Resort i first time visited. The location is amazing, there are many private beaches to swim. As I m a golfer i really enjoy the rounds. We went there for company meeting, they have great event premices and halls. We really enjoy the week.

Where to start? We booked this hotel last minute as it was rated as a 5 star result and around €150 a night including breakfast.
Upon arrival we parked the car at the entry assuming we would be greeted by a bellboy with instructions however nobody was there. We made our way to reception and waited patiently to be served. After finally getting to the front of the line other guests interrupted our check-in and the reception had no hesitation seeing to their needs while we waited mid check-in. We were only really provided a room key (which needed resetting every 24 hours at reception) and times for breakfast. We weren’t advised where to park our car, where to go for breakfast, where the restaurants were located, supplied pool towel cards to use the pool or advised we needed to book a day in advance for a dinner reservation.
Once we got to our rooms, it was hot! And it stunk, the whole hotel had a foul smell to it!!!! We tried all functions for the air conditioning in the room however all moods just blew hot air. The room and bathroom were completely dated and worn, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
We had brought a bottle of wine with us we thought we would enjoy the room, the glass had not only wine stains in it but also lipstick. When we called for service it took about 6 attempts over 30 minutes for someone to answer, finally we were told they only had one bottle opener and to bring out bottle to the bar and we can pay for 2 more glasses.
The room did have a kettle however no mugs or coffee/tea/milk? Not sure what the kettle was for?
The hotel certainly didn’t look anything like the photos, they didn’t have the lights on on the outside of the building and each floor and reception only had 1 light on every 10 lights. Some of the lifts were out. This was for our entire stay. I assume saving on electricity?
In the end my husband and I left the hotel after our second night and lost the money for the final night. It just wasn’t worth one more night slumping it.
The property has been on the market for sale for most a year and clearly the reason why no money has been spent maintaining the building.
Worst hotel stay ever!!

This hotel is definitely one to avoid. Advertised as 5 star, that was far from reality, would say 2/3 star at best. On arrival the hotel looks fantastic however, a closer inspection reveals a far different picture. We had a double sea view room, which was spacious and well appointed, however the bathroom was in severe need of a revamp. The shower screen leaked water all over the floor, and the plug hole in the bath was all rusty. There was supposed to be a minibar, this was just an empty fridge! The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, a camping mat would have had more padding. The buffet style restaurant was mediocre. There was a huge selection of food, but most of it was poor quality and very uninspiring. This could easily be rectified by cutting down on the number of dishes and improving the quality. The floor in the restaurant always had spillages which didn’t appear to get cleaned up, at least not quickly. Outside, the pools were dirty at the bottoms. There had been a storm in the area a few months previously and there were still broken sun canopies and damaged foliage lying around. As for the indoor pool, it was a health hazard. The water was far too warm, there was lots of mould around the edges, no footbath before entering the water, neither the sauna nor the steam room were operational, and the changing rooms/shower facilities were quite frankly shocking. Certainly not a hotel I would consider returning to, for the first time ever I was actually desperate to be home!

Room tip: Choose another hotel!

At this time of the year, price for all inclusive was great. Variety of food (healthy and quality) and drinks, clean and comfortable rooms, lot of facilities, variety of things to do. The beach is in front of the hotel with crystal clear water. Not many tourists now. Super friendly stuff.
