This place is like a small and empty Disneyland, which is a good thing for me. Its best assets are its staff, the water park, the buffet, and the water fountain show because:
1) Their staff were very friendly and professional, always keeping their facilities clean and assisting visitors with a very polite demeanor. I returned a day later because I had lost my wallet. Their cleaning staff had returned it with all my documents and all the cash money I had in it. I wanted to give their honest employee some of that money in gratitude because their management knew who it was, but they did not allow me to do so. Therefore, I deducted half a point for that in my review since I believe in compensating honesty once in a while. I hope that employee gets either a raise or an advancement offer for a position that increases in pay and responsibility.
2) Although there are mechanical rides at the park, most people prefer the water park simply because Vietnam is warm or hot weather throughout the year.
3) The buffet food and refreshments were delicious, although I couldn’t tell for sure since I was very hungry after swimming all afternoon.
4) The musical water fountain show is a great way to conclude the day with family after having had a delicious meal and feeling refreshed under a beautiful warm evening spectacle.
The other half point I deducted is because the place has little access for people in wheel chairs or with difficulty walking. For example, the entrance to the restrooms next to the aquarium exit and the ramp at the stairs of the changing rooms building at the water park.
